Shirley, maybe you're right. I notice many women so obsessed with making their kids into future superpeople that they don't have much time for anything else until the kids are gone and they find they are all alone and half the time the stress of raising children has also broken their marriage.

Kim, "reinventing yourself," does not have to mean being fake. If what a person is currently doing is not working, COMMON SENSE should tell them to try something DIFFERENT. Lynn was merely suggesting that Mary EXPAND HER HORIZONS by trying some new hobbies to meet some positive, likeminded people.

This is the STUPIDEST thing I've ever read. The questions asked were INANE. People lie to themselves all the time. Look how many "happy," marriages end in divorce statistics.
